GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
Check-in Procedure:
Upon completing the booking, guests are asked to upload a copy of their ID and provide a $100 security deposit. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
PARKING:
2 Dedicated Parking spots are allotted. Guests should comply with parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood.
VISITORS AND NOISE:
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet time is from 10 pm till 7 am Please refrain from making noise during that time.
CHILD SAFETY:
Our home is/is not suitable for children under the age of 12 yrs. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are always fully responsible for their safety.
PETS:
Pets are not permitted in the house.
SAFETY AND ENERGY SAVING:
Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
SMOKING:
Cigarettes/Vapes are not allowed on the property. A fine of $500 for violating the rule.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES:
Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them. Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid damage or breakages. The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.
DAMAGE DISCOVERED AFTER CHECK-OUT:
Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning, administration fee and/or third party fees. In the event of any damage to the property by you or any occupying guest of your room will be charged.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout, alternatively, a $100 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Under no circumstances should bathroom towels be used for cleaning purposes. Any stains or damages discovered after checkout will result in charges to the guest.
LOST & FOUND POLICY:
Hummingbird assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately at (956) 983-9299 and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
FOUND ITEMS:
Hummingbird is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and if found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for up to fourteen (14) days. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.
RETURN Items:
We are more than happy to return your lost item(s) to you by the United States Postal Service. No UPS or FEDEX deliveries. You will be charged packaging and postage, plus a $15.00 handling fee. A separate receipt will be mailed to you. Hummingbird is not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment by the United States Postal Service. Please contact the USPS Customer Service Department.
