A very comfortable base for day trips in the area. Positive: Location very convenient for birdwatching in the lower Rio Grande Valley. Negative: No major issues. Shower only lukewarm, Bally sink drain, no soap.

It's a vibe Positive: Really liked the home feeling it had. It was very comfy and it didn't feel like a hotel and didn't smell like one which was great. Communication was also fantastic. Thank you all for understanding the situation and made this stay an absolute great experience. Negative: Wish there was a TV in the room but honestly did not mind it. Very comfy though overall.

Very nice apartment in a good location! Positive: The lighting was wonderful. It was well supplied with dishes, cookware, ice cube tray and everything that you would need in the apartment. Really like the combination locking system so you did not have to carry a set of keys with you at any time you just used the combination. Negative: The apartment did not have a coffee table in front of the couch. The bar stools where you would eat at the island table, (that was the only dining area) I felt that the bar stools were of very low quality. They rocked and were unsafe and if you didn't get out of them while holding on to the table they would kick right out from underneath you.
